With all the organizations out there it's hard to put a finger on who exactly are the contenders and who are the pretenders. Social Media seems to be a way for organizations to throw their hats in the ring but are they truly ready for the challenge. The challenge of building an organization and setting standards that players and coaches are held to. Those owners that look to build an organization that provides structure and discipline instead of just winning a championship will have a strong organization when it's all said and done. The winning and being a champion comes once you've built the foundation, don't rush the process, take your time and do it right.
